If you are turned down the second time and have to appeal, you really should think about hiring an attorney. Not the type that advertises on TV, but someone legit, that can assist your family. In my experience, those that appeal without an attorney, are often denied. Hope that helps, if you did not already know.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22481322.post-73414464093118882072009-07-24T23:56:49.143-04:002009-07-24T23:56:49.143-04:00Oh Kristen, I am sorry. Honestly I am dumbfounded how she could be outright denied. I think we might have to appeal their decision or else they want us to wait an entire year.Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08397695241403505531noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22481322.post-44129918408418168542009-07-24T20:27:58.814-04:002009-07-24T20:27:58.814-04:00I am so sorry to hear that this approval didn'...I am so sorry to hear that this approval didn't go through. I don't know what goes into an application, but does it include something from her doctors explaining exactly what her needs are and what her future needs might be? If not, would that help? Hopefully when you reapply, whoever is in charge of granting these approvals will re-consider. Can you appeal it?

I wish you lived closer to me, I would love to have her in my gymnastics class! We get so many little ones that have been referred to us by OTs and PTs to help with muscle strengthening and coordination, stair climbing, jumping, climbing, etc. It is one of my favorite classes :o).Tiaras & Tantrumshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15341629185348580294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22481322.post-41752923299754900652009-07-24T19:20:55.006-04:002009-07-24T19:20:55.006-04:00I'm sorry. *hugs*I'm sorry. *hugs*Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03133112426691403173noreply@blogger.com
