They might try oral meds (glyburide/metformin) first and hopefully that would be enough. But our class didn't go over breathing techniques or anything like that. I was one of the fe...Have fun at childbirth class. I was one of the few people that I have talked to that actually found the class useful. If it hadn't been for the breathing exercises, I think things would have been a lot different for me (& Bill). Take what you can from it.
