I was born in Australia and it never seem to be a problem there as long as i stayed away from eggs. I have since moved to the USA, the last 6 yrs have been more of a challenge for me here as egg is used in everything as a filler and binder. Incase you didnt know egg has different names on the back of packages. A new law says they have to mark things are just "egg" but it doesnt seem to happen. Lethicin is a HUGE one, if you look its in alot of things. Soy lethicin is fine. Also get your hands on some egg replacer for baked goods.
