Kids Funny Questions

One of the most amusing things to me about children are the hysterical questions that they ask about just about everything. Me being pregnant has been no exception. My older nephew Will has a slightly better understanding of the mechanics of babies, but my younger nephew, Jordan, is a little less informed. So he asks a ton of questions. Every meal that I eat he asks if the babies like what I am eating and drinking. If I eat something like fish or steak he gets a little upset because babies are not supposed to eat those sort of things. I have tried to keep track of some of his funnier questions and thought I would share a few.

- When the babies are born, how come they will be naked?
- If you get Doritos in your eye, do the babies get it in their eyes?
- If you throw up, do the babies throw up too?
- What do they do when they have to pee?
- If you eat cake and Gracie gets some does Abby smack her until she gives her some?

Oh, and a quick non-pregnancy related Jordan story. The other day I was at my Mom's and I had to pee. There was no toilet paper downstairs and I was too tired to walk upstairs. I asked Jordan to go up and grab a roll. He goes into the bathroom and walks out and says "why can't you just use this" and in his hand was a tampon. I cracked up and explained that was not the best tool for wiping. :>)

My preschoolers would ask the funniest things last year when I was PG. I had to keep writing them down so I wouldn't forget them. Jordan is going to laugh when he gets older and you tell him the things that he said/asked! Kids say the darndest things.

I LOVE the one about the cake. LMFAO. I look forward to hearing the stuff that comes out of Katie's mouth at some point.

Hopefully next time you eat cake Abby gets it first so Gracie can seek her revenge :) Glad to hear everything is going so well! And yes, I'm on a commenting rampage tonight, leaving my mark on all my family's pages :)

About this blog

Over 8 years we have struggled through 3 IUI's, 6 rounds of IVF, several RE's, hundreds of appointments and the loss of three little angels. Now we find ourselves the proud parents of two perfect little girls and a wonderful little boy!!

Both of our girls struggle with some disabilities but that won't keep us down. Each day has it's own brand of insanity but we love it. Most days I am more monkey wrangler than mother but I do the best I can. Todays goal - getting to tomorrow.
