In spite of having to turn 28 today, it was a very nice birthday. My niece, nephews and Mom took me to the mall to Build-A-Bear Workshop. The kids helped me make a nice orange kitty, which we named Tabitha. They picked out tons of cute cloths for her. We ate lunch, hung out at my Moms and then went to dinner at Buca di Beppo. Oh, and presents... who doesn't love birthday presents. I got a gift certificate for a massage from my hubby (yeah, he's good), a bathing suit, magazine subscription (Rachel Ray), and a Where the Wild Things Are t-shirt from my Mom. I also got a great bag from my sister and a gift certificate from my other sister.
It was a very nice, calm, quiet day. The older I get, the more I realize that the best birthdays are the ones you spend relaxing and enjoying the time with your family.

Amen to that! Pizza and clowns are definetely not at the top of my "to-do" list anymore for b-days.
