Today was the "big day." I had to start drinking water around 9:30 am for a 10:30 transfer. During my last transfer I drank the required 32oz of water and then a little more. When they did the abdominal ultrasound, my bladder wasn't full, which is a necessity for the procedure. So this time I drank like 50 ounces to be sure. We sat in the waiting room at the clinic til 11:30. I thought my bladder was going to EXPLODE. When we finally got called back I was fourth in line, so they said I could empty a cup from my bladder. I peed a little and the waited. They put us in the procedure room and we waited some more. I had to get up and pee a little more because it HURT...BAD. They came in to do the transfer and when they looked at my bladder they were shocked. They said it was ridiculously full. I got to release two cups and I felt a ton better. They transferred three embryos. One was a 9 celled (up from 5 celled yesterday), and the other two were 6-celled. One of the embies had stalled, but they transferred anyway, because sometimes they are slow after the thaw.
So now I am back to bed rest. I am only going to do two days this time. We are trying to stay optimistic, but not looking forward to all this waiting. I hope the time goes fast.

Had to laugh about the full bladder. I understand all too well how that feels. Awesome about the 9-cell embie! Hope that the one who stalled decides to catch up for lost time.
GOODLUCK!! Know that Cris, myself and both of the dogs are rooting for you. all the way from Idaho!!
