A Quick Howdy

Seems like I haven't found much time to actually blog lately. Here is an update on how we are doing:

Gracie - She is sleeping like a champ (naps 3 hours and sleeps most nights from 10pm to between 4 and 7ish, depending on when Abby wakes up). She is starting to grab toys and holds her head up beautifully. When she is doing tummy time she really supports her head and upper body with her arms. She amazes us with her progress. She is doing well on the soy formula and rice and eats between 3 and 5 oz per feeding. She is less fussy most days but has her moments. She spend most of her day smiling her little head off, but when her temper flares... look out! I think she will be smiling soon. Oh, and her new favorite past time is watching TV. :>)

Abby - Our little peanut is making good progress. She is starting to hold up her head and desparately wants to use her hands but those darn hands don't do what she tells them. Tummy time isn't quite as easy for Coco, but she is working hard. She sleeps when she feels like it... so some days and nights go well for all of us and others don't. She still fusses a lot but when she smiles the whole world lights up. She has taken well to the soy formula, although it hasn't changed the fussing or gas much. She eats between 3 and 5 oz like Gigi and some days eats more than her sis. She is such a pleasure!

Us - We're tired, although some days are really getting better. We usually have one good night followed but one bad so we get a little more rest than we were. I wasn't feeling well this weekend but am feeling better, just tired. It's still hot as heck in NJ (87 today) so we are all looking forward to cooler weather so we can get these girls outside more.
