Today we FINALLY met our new physical therapist, Yemi, from Early Intervention. We were supposed to meet her last week but she never came. We rescheduled for today at 10 and we were all ready and waiting by 9:45. We rushed around all morning to get ready and clean and fed. When 10, then 10:15, then 10:30 rolled around I got madder and madder. Bry (who works from home on Tues. and Thurs.) realized that we had her number he called... but got no answer. She called back a few minutes later and was lost. At 11am (an hour late) she arrived. I was not a happy camper but quickly changed my tune.
Yemi is a very lovely Nigerian woman. She is gentle and quiet and perfect for Abby. Abby screamed her lungs out during all of her exercises but I think she will get used to her. We learned some great new exercises and Yemi thought she was doing great. She also went on and on about how smart Abby is which ever parent loves to hear. So now we will be meeting every Tuesday morning and hopefully will get this kid rolling and crawling before she graduates kindergarten. :>)

I'm glad that Yemi is such a perfect fit for Abs. Hopefully she will get used to her and the screaming fest will cease. Did you ever find out why she was a no-show last week? And could you understand her? ;)
