Neurologist

We met with Abby's neurologist today at CHOP. Things looked good with all her metabolic and chromosomal testing. He is pleased with her progress thus far. He felt very strongly that her problems with balance, tone and muscle are a combined problem of her enlarged ventricles and the thin banding of her corpus callosum. He still feels that we should look a little further for a cause so we can get better information about her long term care, what to expect from her motor development and what actions (if any) we need to take in the future. The doc is going to contact the genetics team and the neuro-genetics team at CHOP and have them review her case. .

All in all it was a good appointment and we don't go back for 6 months. We won't need to do another MRI until she is 2!
