Did you ever think...

I was listening to an old favorite song, The Old Apartment by Barenaked Ladies. I always loved that song and for some reason it got me thinking a little philosophically. Did you ever think about the fact that where you live right now will probably be where you USED to live? The age you are will someday be an age you WISH you still were. When you look back at pictures of your children at the age they are RIGHT NOW you will cry. You will someday think how simple life was back then and then is really NOW.

I guess I sometimes take for granted today, right now, this moment, each second I get to be a child to my parents, a sibling to my brother and sisters, a friend to my friends, a wife to my husband, an aunt to my favorite little people and a mother to my beautiful children is worth reveling in.
