So it is looking like we might actually be getting close to home ownership. I know that with contracts signed I should be jumping up and down but I am still hesitant. Until the key is in my hand I will be skeptical. Now the contracts are under the attorney review stage. Both sides have until Wednesday to protest the contract. At that point we will have our inspection. I am very nervous for the inspection since a bunch of new problems could pop up. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
On a wonderful note our mortgage broker has gotten us a fabulous rate and our monthly payment is going to be significantly less than anticipated... like $150 to $200 less! WOOHOO!!!
