At a little over two years old I finally got to hear my baby say "Mommy". I am obviously talking about Gracie, and she has always had to say Momma since hard vowel sounds are nearly impossible for her. Well I was upstairs with the laundry and she is babbling about something and clear as day she said "Mommy". It was like music to my ears. I am so proud! :D

What a beautiful sound that is. Yay!
Amazing...its the best little sound! Our Abby used to babble so much..then for that long, terrible 6 months when I had no idea what happened to my baby girl, she stopped talking. Now, she is saying Mama again, and it melts my heart every time.
