Thanks for the tip

I never really thought about being able to buy something that might shut up my neighbors dogs. The situation is not great and despite being polite and kind about the situation they are being less than Christian about the whole thing. The husband got tickes at me when his dog was pooping right on our front yard, right outside our door. When I said to him "the dogs are waking us all up at all hours and now this... I am a little frustrated" HE got mad. I thought I had the right to be mad but apparently not. So anyway, he is giving me the cold shoulder.
