Seems like the past couple weeks we have been evaluated to death and beyond. This morning we had Abby's PT evaluation. She didn't particularly want to go to school this morning. I bribed her with two bags of organic cookies and some apple juice. The PT was very nice, a little flaky, but nice. Abby was slightly cooperative to start with although she was unable to do a fair amount of what was asked of her which was not a huge surprise. After about 25 minutes of being active her stamina was spent. So for the next 30 minutes she tried to do what was asked of her while crying and carrying on. Fun... right?
At the end it wad determined that Abby is definitely in the program. Her needs are significant to warrant 2x weekly PT and 2x weekly OT as well as daily group PT and OT. One kid in and one more to go.
