I think I mentioned in passing a while back that I was working on getting healthier. Over the past couple of years we have made huge strides as a family to cut carbs, non organic food, sugar, preservatives and food coloring out of our diets. Everyone else has seen improvements except me. I decided a few months ago that it was time to get rid of my baby weight and live healthier. Since then I have (slightly) increased my exercise, cut out carbs and sugar almost completely and just thought about what I am eating. I am proud to say that as of this Monday I am down 19 pounds. :D I have NEVER had an easy time losing weight so this is huge for me. I was going to wait to post anything until I hit the 20 pound mark but when I stepped on the scale and saw that number I was so proud of myself.
