It seems that the hiatus from napping was nothing more than a false alarm. Brian got them to nap on Mothers Day and they have napped every day since. I think the more time we spend outside and the more they wear themselves out the more sleep they need. They have never been 12 hours of sleep at night kind of kids so a nap has been essential for us. My fear was that while other people can adjust their schedule and have their kids in bed at 7 that doesn't work for us. At least half of our evenings are spent on a lacrosse or track field until 7:30 or 8 at night. By the time we have baths and a snack it's easily 8:30 before bedtime. Kids who don't nap should NEVER be up that late. ;D
So for now we are back to napping. I know it won't last forever but I sure am enjoying it while I can.
