I have talked in the past about our body sock (like this one). Our amazing OT gave it to us many, many months ago and we couldn't live without it. There is so much you can do with a body sock.
- Swing your child in the sock.
- Drag them around on the floor.
- Do light rough-housing. Roll them, shake them, move them.
- Let them put heavy stuff in it and pull it around.
- Use it to play tug-of-war (remember they are stretchy).
- Have two adults hold the sock and really swing them.
- Use it for compression. Put them in it and pull it tight to their body (it is breathable but watch the face).
I think it looks a little claustrophobic but both of my kiddos seem to love it.
