More Disney

I keep trying to sit down and write about our trip and I get complete writers block. I am not sure how to explain the week without writing for a week straight. It was amazing. AMAZING! I have been to Disney but seeing Disney through each of those six kids eyes was something I have never experienced. We had our moments... our meltdowns... our arguments and frustration. Kids cried. Babies got off schedule. Tweens gave attitude. But it was amazing.

We made every single second of it work. Jack slept in the sling and nursed on rides and buses and planes. The girls rode in the stroller when they got too tired to walk. Genna basically took care of Abby all week since Abby decided Genna was her official Disney buddy. Grace hooked onto my Mom so that took care of that. I barely slept but it was worth the deprivation.

We were slated to only do three of the parks but at the last minute we decided one day at epcot was enough and went to the Animal Kingdom.

The kids loved it. I am not sure which park they would each say was their favorite but I think the consensus was the Magic Kingdom blew our proverbial socks off.

Waiting at the gates for the park to open on DAY 1!!!

We got to watch the opening "show" and then we were off!
Basically running, trying to keep up with my parents and the kids. They wanted to go on Pirates of the Caribbean first.
 Ride buddies!
When they finally feel asleep they were out!
Waiting to go on Star Tours

We even saw Snow White on Halloween. ;D

So in one week we did rides, shows, parades, fireworks, food, shopping, swimming, reveled in staying "on-site", talked, did a wonderfully small amount of line waiting and basically had the best vacation ever!

**All these are phone pics (hence the low quality). One of these days I'll find a minute to get the pics off the camera. :D

About this blog

Over 8 years we have struggled through 3 IUI's, 6 rounds of IVF, several RE's, hundreds of appointments and the loss of three little angels. Now we find ourselves the proud parents of two perfect little girls and a wonderful little boy!!

Both of our girls struggle with some disabilities but that won't keep us down. Each day has it's own brand of insanity but we love it. Most days I am more monkey wrangler than mother but I do the best I can. Todays goal - getting to tomorrow.
